All prices on Berties Crafts website are shown in UK Pounds Sterling. |

| 2. | Ordering and Payment |
|
Orders can be placed by the telephone, email, and fax or through the website. We accept all major credit cards. (not American Express). When processing an order on the website all personal details are held on a secure server. Once processed all credit/debit card details are deleted from our system. Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full. Only UK cheques are accepted and must be made payable to Berties Crafts. If paying by cheque, please allow four days before despatch of goods. All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days. An invoice will be sent with each order; the invoice number must be quoted on all correspondence. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier. The cost of the delivery will be dependant on weight, dimensions and destination of goods. The costs of delivery outside the UK mainland this includes the Offshore Islands of the UK are available upon request. |

| 3. | Duties and Local Taxes |
|
Customers in countries other than the UK: Customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country. For any local taxes and duties that are due, you will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. |

| 4. | Deliveries and Dispatch |
|
It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise will be despatched within 4 working days. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by email or telephone. See Paragraph 2 for those paying by cheque If you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing your order, or you have not received it by an agreed date please contact us. When dispatching your goods we will choose the best and most economical way. This will be either be; Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Day Courier Service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure somebody is at the delivery address to take delivery. Express Delivery can be any time up to 5.30 pm. You will be notified on the day of despatch of your order. |

| 5. | Damaged in Transit |
|
Upon receipt of your order, if you can see any damage to the package/parcel please sign for it as damaged. If you receive an order that is damaged in transit please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers. Please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item. Damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. |

| 6. | Returns and Refunds |
|
Goods, for whatever reason, can only be considered for return or exchange with prior approval of Berties Crafts either by telephone, email, fax or letter; all communication must have the invoice number and consignment note number. Berties Crafts cannot accept any responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us. Where you have changed your mind and you wish to return goods to Berties Crafts these can be exchanged or refunded so long as the original packaging and/or seals are not broken or tampered with, within 7 days of receiving goods. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable. Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 21 days of their despatch date. If you require goods to be exchanged all resulting postage and packaging costs are not the responsibility of Berties Crafts. If you require your money back this will be refunded through the method that the goods where purchased. No postage and packing refunds will be taken into consideration. Berties Crafts are not liable for any consequential loss of returned goods. |

| 7. | Goods not available for Shipping |
|
Although we endeavour to keep reasonable stock of all our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within two working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you by email/phone to advise you of the situation and ask how we should proceed with the transaction. |

| 8. | Confidentiality |
|
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers strictly confidential and managed as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience but will never be supplied to any outside agency. |

| 9. | Complaints |
|
We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please do not hesitate to contact us. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 5 working days, normally with an immediate resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right. |

| 10. | Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction |
|
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
